Terms & Conditions – Alifa Travels

1. Booking Confirmation

• All reservations are finalized after complete payment of the booking fee.
• Names given must correspond with the details on the passport.
• Reservations cannot be transferred. Any specific requests, modifications, and cancellations should always be directed to the individual booking policy at the time of confirmation.

2. Cancellation & Refunds Policy

• All requests for cancellation should be sent via email to info@alifatravels.ae
• Refunds (if eligible) are provided as travel vouchers that are valid for 2 years.
• Packages cannot be refunded within 72 hours prior to departure.
• Partially used or expired packages are not refundable.

3. Amendments & Changes

• Modifications to confirmed reservations might incur fees from the airline/hotel.
• Changes to names are prohibited after the ticket has been issued.
• The customer will be responsible for any fare discrepancies.

4. Travel Insurance

• Basic travel insurance is included for qualified travelers (aged under 65).
• Not applicable for activities with high risk (e.g., skiing, hiking, skydiving).

5. Visas & Documents

• The traveler is solely responsible for all visa arrangements.
• Alifaa Travels is not liable for denied boarding because of incorrect or missing documentation.

6. Hotel and Airline Policies

• Hotels can impose tourism fees, any applicable government tax/fee, and guests are required to settle these directly at the hotel. (e.g., Dubai Dirham, Maldives Green Tax).
• Hotel check-in occurs in accordance with international guidelines (from 12:00 to 15:00).
• Flight schedules, cancellations, delays, etc., depend on airline policy, and we neither influence nor guarantee stability in changes.
• Alifaa Travels is not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by airlines or third parties.

7. Force Majeure

• In emergencies, Alifaa will make every effort within its capacity to help the guest, provided there is appropriate documentation and adherence to our travel partners' policies.
• Neither party will be liable for inadequate performance to the extent caused by a condition (for example, natural disaster, act of war or terrorism, riot, labor condition, governmental action, and Internet disturbance) that was beyond the party's reasonable control.
• Our team will do our utmost to provide the tour arrangements that have been confirmed, but we must retain the right to modify or cancel any tour, flight schedule, accommodation or arrangement, if unforeseen circumstances amounting to 'force majeure' arise.

Note: By completing your reservation with Alifaa Travels, it is confirmed that the guest/traveler accepts the above stated terms and conditions.
