CANCELLATION POLICY

All requests must be communicated in written with our team.

Customers can cancel their reservations by informing Alifaa Travel and Tourism Co. within the designated time frame provided during booking.

Cancellation fees might be incurred based on when the cancellation occurs. Fees will be explicitly conveyed throughout the reservation process.

Cancellations will have refunds processed in accordance with the Refund Policy of Alifaa Travel and Tourism Co. Certain fees might not be refundable.

If Alifaa Travel and Tourism Co. cancels due to unexpected situations, customers will receive a complete refund or suitable alternative options similar to originally paid package.
